2. Eligibility & Parental Responsibility
- Sanskaarly is intended for children aged 6–14 years.
- Accounts for children must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.
- Parents are responsible for supervising their child’s use of the Services and ensuring that the information provided is accurate.
By creating an account for a child, the parent or guardian confirms they have the legal authority to do so.
3. Account Registration & Access
To use Sanskaarly:
- A parent or guardian must create an account using a mobile number and PIN.
- Child profiles are added under the parent account.
- Login credentials must be kept confidential.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Use of the Services
You agree to use Sanskaarly:
- Only for lawful and intended educational purposes
- In a manner that does not harm, disrupt, or misuse the Services
- Without attempting to access systems, data, or accounts not intended for you
You must not:
- Reverse engineer or copy the app
- Use the content for commercial purposes without permission
- Upload or attempt to introduce harmful or malicious code

Sanskaarly provides values-based educational content intended to support learning and reflection.
